Kansas State Archery Association

Welcome to the Kansas State Archery Association web site.  This site will contain information on the State organization and other related sites.

Kansas has 8 chartered clubs located in various parts of the state; two with outdoor and bow hunter ranges; two with only a bow hunter range; one with only indoor range; two commercial indoor ranges (Lawrence) & (Wichita); and one with KS Wildlife, Parks & Tourism (Olathe).

Students enrolled in Kansas schools can participate in a program called Archery in the Schools where they learn to shoot a bow and it has piqued the interest in archery.

Archery is a sport that can be enjoyed by everyone -- young and old.  This is an individual sport where an archer can excel by participating in tournaments, shooting at an archery club, shooting in a Junior Olympic Archery Development program and going to the Olympic tryouts to gain a spot on the Olympic Archery Team.
